COronavirus UPDATE
Sunday Mornings
Indoor gathering with precautions at 10 am
Sunday morning we will meet inside. We will do our best at all times to keep 6 feet of space between households. In order to do this, we ask as much as possible to gather and fellowship outside both before and after the service.
We will have seating both in the auditorium and in the fellowship hall. The rows are 6 feet apart. We ask that you try and find a place for your family that fits efficiently. We ask that if you are a family of 2 or 3 please sit to the end of a row and make sure that there are three empty chairs between your family and another family. When we dismiss we ask that you exit from the back of the auditorium to the front.
At this time there will be no children’s church, but the nursery will be open.
We will plan on congregational singing with masks.
We will not have any snacks or coffee that is provided.
We will continue to ask that only 1 family unit be in the bathroom at a time.
Please self-assess yourself each morning before church and stream from home if you have
Masks
We are asking that everyone deal with masks as an expression of love to our fellow brothers and sisters. It is a great opportunity for us to apply Romans 14-15, which directs us to be more focused on how our actions may affect others than on our own personal preferences. So, we are strongly recommending that people wear masks when it is not possible to socially distance inside the church building (i.e., while moving around the building). The majority of the time we will be sitting in our socially distanced seating at which time you may do what makes you feel comfortable. May we be gracious in all things to one another. We will not be policing this.
Please feel free to contact the church with any questions or concerns
Although the prognosis of the COVID-19 epidemic changes daily, one thing we know. One hundred percent of the world is still under God’s control.
“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust;
I shall not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me?” (Psalm 56:3-4)
